Dispatch & delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the same or next working day. Available shipping options and prices appear at checkout once you enter your delivery address. Please allow 2-5 working days for UK delivery and 5-10 for international delivery after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, and international orders may take longer during customs clearance.

International orders & import charges
Heading to a starting gate outside the UK? Your order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and courier clearance fees. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and are payable by the recipient. The courier may request payment before delivery. Charges depend on your destination and order, so please check your local customs guidance before purchasing.

Rolled or folded? 🏁

Our Sandpit mat always travels rolled. For Skyshot and Timberline, folded delivery means your mat is folded into a smaller parcel to keep shipping costs down. Prefer it rolled? Choose the rolled delivery option at checkout.

Folded mats may arrive with fold marks. Available delivery options, estimated times and prices are shown at checkout.
